Amrit has been the Director of the South Devon Chilli Farm since 2022. Since his childhood in Trinidad & Tobago, Amrit has always been green-fingered, growing herbs and fruits to sell at the local market for pocket money. His favourite job around the farm is spending time cultivating the chilli plants in their many polytunnels - he especially loves collecting and growing out new varieties to see what combinations he can create!

Having lived all over the world, Amrit now calls South Devon home and loves having such stunning countryside on his doorstep every day.
