Dr. Erinn Fears Floyd is a leading scholar on culturally sustaining professional learning for educators of underrepresented gifted students. Dr. Floyd is Associate Editor of Gifted Child Today and recipient of multiple awards, including the 2022 Dr. Alexinia Baldwin Award from the National Association for Gifted Children's Special Population Network.
