Arie Perliger is a professor in security studies at the School of Criminology and Justice Studies at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. His many books on political violence include American Zealots: Inside Right-Wing Domestic Terrorism (Columbia, 2020).

Catherine Jarry-Tranter is a doctoral student and graduate research assistant in violent extremism, radicalization, and extreme misogyny at the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
